We are thankful each day our children are/were able to be a part of a Christ-centered education and to share the love of God. The commitment and love to/for our children's education is shown on a daily basis starting from Pastor to the principal to the teachers to the school secretary to the school lunch aid and custodian. The class sizes allow the teachers to truly get to the know our child/children and provide more one-on-one academic attention. "Sending both of our children to Our Redeemer Lutheran School remains one of the best parenting decisions we have made. Academically, the results speak for themselves. Our daughter was reading at a 12th grade level by 4th grade. Within her 2018 DDHS high school graduation class, 5 of the top 10 students were from Our Redeemer; 9 of the top 10 were from parochial schools. That is not a coincidence. Our son developed outstanding mathematical skills at an early grade at ORLS and has since gone on to pursue a technical career using those math skills at a high level. While our children's academic strengths and weaknesses vary greatly, their foundation was exactly the same, beginning at Our Redeemer.

Education is partnership and opportunities to be involved in the classroom and via athletics are ample and rewarding. Our children have close friendships and so do we! The staff has open communication with how our children are doing academically/socially and have given us resources to use at home. The staff loves teaching and it show through personal notes of encouragement and how staff interacts with our family outside of school/church. We love the small class sizes which allow the loving and caring teachers to understand each student’s unique needs. The Christ-centered education our daughter has been blessed to receive for the past 6 years has drawn us all closer to God and given us a wonderful school and church family. We cannot say enough about Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with School. Our daughters both received an amazing education while attending, but it is their faith that we are most in awe over. We feel like this foundation is so important for them as they develop as teenagers and into their adulthood. Our Redeemer does a great job teaching curriculum along with God's Word. We also love how the school feels like a family. It is not uncommon to see the middle schoolers interacting with the elementary school age kids and preschoolers. Our daughters attended Our Redeemer Lutheran School from preschool through 8th grade. A Christ-centered education was a priority for our family.
